The staff here were truly amazing, attentive, and helpful, and the breakfast served in the dining room was fantastic with a wide variety of food options.

Besides, the location was GREAT and amazing for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of a National museum. There was a nice restaurant at a medium distance from the hotel. We visited the rooftop bar and enjoyed the delicious drinks.

The hotel boasts a stunning location near Parque España. It is situated in a vibrant residential area surrounded by fantastic restaurants, bars, and cultural attractions such as Condesa. The queen room had trendy amenities like a shower, hairdryer, and terry robes.

The location of the hotel is excellent since the restaurants and park were all walking distance from the hotel. I liked the staff and the ambiance of the hotel, although I think this hotel caters more to people in their 30's-50's.

The first night we were there, our room was so small. This is not what I expected. After complaining about it, they were so gracious in moving us to a very spacious suite. It made our stay so comfortable! I also did not like the noise of the hotel. I could hear when people were walking and talking in the hallways.

Noise levels throughout the night. Although we overlooked a quiet side street we were just above the staff entrance so were subjected to early morning chatter + phone calls, laundry deliveries + rubbish collection from about 4 am onwards every night. Totally inadequate lighting and power sockets
